The IRON HEART 634S is crafted from the brand’s iconic 21oz Japanese selvedge denim, a fabric that has defined heavyweight denim since its introduction in 2003. Woven slowly on vintage shuttle looms using 4–5 uneven yarns, the denim offers a uniquely textured, rugged character that is unmistakably Iron Heart.
Cut in a classic straight fit, the 634S minimizes side seam bulking and excess seat fabric, creating a clean and timeless silhouette. Each pair is sewn on traditional machines with a combination of three thread weights and two contrasting colors, enhancing durability while retaining an authentically vintage appearance—built to last 5 to 10 years of hard wear.
