Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and tags.

A return or exchange will only be processed after the item has been inspected and approved.
Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the received item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Limited edition or pre-order items

Products subject to high price volatility (e.g., collectibles, trading cards, rare items)

Underwear, lingerie, and other intimate apparel

Second-hand or used goods

Any item marked as “Sale” at the time of purchase
- For books and printed materials, we do not provide rental services. All book sales are final. Once sold, books cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been approved.

The refund amount will exclude shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
- U.S. customers may return items to our U.S. warehouse. Return postage starts at USD 15 for packages up to 1 lb and may vary depending on the package size and weight.

Customers in other countries may return items to our U.S. or Japan warehouse. Fees and shipping costs vary by location — please contact customer service to confirm details before returning.

Processing Fee
As our store is based in Japan and all payments are processed and settled in Japanese Yen (JPY), international payment processing and currency conversion fees apply.
Order Cancellation
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase will receive a full refund.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a 6% payment processing fee, as the payment has already been processed and settled in JPY and the transaction and currency conversion fees are non-refundable.
For returned orders, a 6% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee covers non-refundable transaction and currency conversion charges imposed by the payment processor (Shopify Payments) once the payment has been settled in Japanese Yen.
These fees are charged by the payment provider and are not retained as profit by our store.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and item details. We will provide you with detailed instructions for the process.
Please note: Some stores in Japan remove price tags at checkout, so certain items may arrive without a price tag attached. Rest assured that unless otherwise stated, all of our products are brand new.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Our team will review the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it promptly.
