Shipping Policy
All of our products are sourced directly from Japan to ensure authenticity and quality.
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date your order is placed.
Most orders are shipped through our U.S. fulfillment center for faster domestic delivery. For larger or oversized items, we may ship directly from Japan.
Please note that customs clearance or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally extend delivery to up to 14 business days.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift or need it by a specific date, we recommend placing your order at least 10 business days in advance to allow for any unexpected shipping delays.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. If this happens, you will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.

We usually ship within 3--5 business days after receiving cleared payment. some items may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you when it has been sent.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
We do not guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control.
Note: For certain remote areas in Australia where FedEx is not available, we will ship via Japan Post EMS, even if you selected FedEx at checkout.
Shipping Address
We only ship to the shipping address provided in the payment.
To protect our customers, we cannot change or intercept shipping addresses once the order has been placed.
The shipping address must match the billing address.
However, you may schedule a pickup or reschedule a delivery directly via FedEx.com.
Delivery and Signature

Packages valued over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

If your package is damaged, lost, or has any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Claims made after 7 days will not be eligible for compensation.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery.

Fraud Protection Policy
For security reasons, we usually require that the shipping address and billing address are the same.
If they are different, we may request identification and a bank statement to verify your order.
Taxes & Import Duties

We will ship orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — this means taxes are included, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
For Customers Outside the United States
All product prices include customs duties. We ship via FedEx with duties and taxes fully covered. Please note that your country’s customs office may still chargea aditional taxes or handling fees upon delivery.These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
