Shipping Origin
We offer two fulfillment methods to ensure fast and reliable delivery:

Direct shipping from Japan — Items are shipped directly from Japan to you via FedEx. Delivery time: 1–2 weeks from order placement to delivery.

U.S. warehouse fulfillment — Items are first shipped from Japan to our U.S. warehouse, then delivered to you via USPS. Delivery time: 2–3 weeks from order placement to delivery.
To provide the fastest delivery experience, if you select FedEx but your item is already available in our U.S. warehouse, we may ship it via USPS instead.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. In such cases, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

We ship via FedEx, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the product.

Japan – $10
We usually ship within 3--5 business days after receiving cleared payment. some items may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you when it has been sent.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.
We do not guarantee delivery times due to factors beyond our control.
Note: For certain remote areas in Australia where FedEx is not available, we will ship via Japan Post EMS, even if you selected FedEx at checkout.
Shipping Address
We only ship to the shipping address provided in the payment.
To protect our customers, we cannot change or intercept shipping addresses once the order has been placed.
The shipping address must match the billing address.
However, you may schedule a pickup or reschedule a delivery directly via FedEx.com.
Delivery and Signature

Packages valued over $200 require a signature upon delivery.

If your package is damaged, lost, or has any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Claims made after 7 days will not be eligible for compensation.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for safe delivery.

Fraud Protection Policy
For security reasons, we usually require that the shipping address and billing address are the same.
If they are different, we may request identification and a bank statement to verify your order.
Taxes & Import Duties
Important Notice: U.S. Import Tax Policy Update

We will ship orders on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis — this means taxes are included, and you will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
For Customers Outside the United States
All product prices include customs duties. We ship via FedEx with duties and taxes fully covered. Please note that your country’s customs office may still chargea aditional taxes or handling fees upon delivery.These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
