The Hobonichi Techo 2027 Izumi Shiokawa Polar Bear Small Drawer Pouch is a compact organizer designed to keep frequently used stationery and small essentials neatly together. It can be carried in a bag or placed on a desk for convenient storage.

The pouch features the “Polar Bear” illustration by Japanese illustrator Izumi Shiokawa. Originally created for the 2021 “All About Polar Bears” exhibition and later featured on a Hobonichi Techo 2023 cover, the gentle line-art design shows polar bear parents and cubs in relaxed, heartwarming scenes.

When the zipper is opened, the pouch lays flat, providing a clear view of the contents. The left side has three slim pockets suitable for cards, rulers, scissors, and other flat items. The right side features a mesh pocket for pens, masking tape, charging cables, and other bulkier accessories, along with an elastic band to secure pens or similar items.

A deep exterior pocket provides quick access to items such as pencils and tickets. Despite its storage capacity, the slim profile and narrow gusset help it fit neatly inside a bag. A loop-shaped zipper pull makes the pouch comfortable to carry.

The pouch can also be used to organize important small items such as receipts, documents, stamps, or passbooks in one dedicated place.
