It's Fine for Seniors to Get Angry Book by Hideki Wada Japanese
Product Description
It's Fine for Seniors to Get Angry is a thought-provoking book by Japanese psychiatrist Hideki Wada, the bestselling author of The 80-Year-Old Wall. The book explores the realities of aging in modern society and challenges common stereotypes about older adults.
Drawing on research in geriatric psychiatry, Wada explains how changes in the frontal lobe of the brain affect motivation, behavior, and emotional responses in older adults. Rather than criticizing seniors, the author proposes practical ways to maintain mental vitality and build a society that supports healthy aging.
Through clear explanations and real-world observations, this book encourages readers to rethink aging, protect motivation, and understand the neurological changes that come with growing older.
Ideal for readers interested in psychology, aging studies, and social issues in modern Japan.
