The "piece," series is created by combining small pieces of fabric left from the process of making clothing. Different textiles, materials, patterns, and production techniques are carefully brought together to create a distinctive patchwork design.
The Cousin Mix version combines 10 different textiles, including "ballade," inspired by dreams of snow melting and flowers beginning to bloom, and "forest card," introduced for the 2025–26 Autumn/Winter collection.
The combination evokes a woodland scene where flowers and animals appear alongside the gentle movement of the forest breeze.

Patchwork Design
The piece, series brings together small fabric pieces that would otherwise remain after textile production. Each piece is carefully combined with other fabrics to create a new visual composition.
The Cousin Mix design uses 10 different textiles, including the "ballade" and "forest card" patterns. Floral and animal motifs are arranged together to create a nature-inspired patchwork landscape.
Because the fabric pieces are individually cut and the patchwork assembly is completed by hand, the placement and combination of patterns vary from cover to cover. Each piece has its own individual arrangement.
Interior Details
The inside of the cover is made with mustard-colored cow leather and features a small butterfly embroidery detail.
Two bookmarks are included, each decorated with small embroidered balls arranged in a bead-like design. These add both functionality and a subtle decorative accent.
