Designed by Suzuka Eto (2024), the surface texture is created using a matte glaze blended with sand and iron powder, evoking the rugged and uneven terrain of craters. Each piece offers a distinct tactile and visual experience, highlighting the beauty of handcrafted ceramics.

Produced in Hasami, Japan, this piece incorporates an innovative and sustainable approach by reusing “detached iron sludge,” a material typically discarded during the iron removal process in stone preparation. The material is specially treated to ensure safety before being used in the glaze, contributing to both environmental responsibility and unique texture.

Crafted from high-quality Arita porcelain, this versatile cup is ideal for soba dipping sauce, tea, or small dishes, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.
